SERVICES

Here At Creative Support Solutions We Provide Three Specific Types Of Accomodation And An Additional Outreach Service. These All Aim To Help Young People Aged 16 To 18 With The Aim of Achieving A Smooth Transition Into Adulthood. Our Life Skill Sessions Include, Yet Isn't Limited To; Teaching Our Service Users Cooking Skills, Budgeting Skills And Supporting Them To Access Education, Training, Employment.

SOLO 1:1 SUPPORT

We Offer Bespoke Solo Support Placements Which Provide Necessary Skills To Be Safe And Healthy On Their Own Two Feet. We Currently have 5 Properties. These are located in:

Chelmsford
Basildon
Clacton

FLOATING SUPPORT

Our Most Flexible Option, The Floating Support Placements Are Three Self Contained Flats In Clacton With Varying Support Hours Depending On The Level Of Need.

SEMI-INDEPENDENT

This Accomodation Offers 15 Hours Of 1:1 Support For Each Young Person In Our Placement. It Is Shared Accomodation with 24 Hour Access to Staff. We Currently Provide 5 Properties. These are located in:

Basildon
- One Four Bedroom Placement
- One Three Bedroom Placement
Chelmsford
- Three Three Bedroom Placements

OUTREACH SUPPORT

This Support Is Based In The Community, We Are Able To Provide Hours Of Support Based On The Service Users Level Of Need Within Their Own Home.

We work with organisations including, but not limited to; EYPDAS, EWMHS/CAMHS, the Children's Society, Rethink, the Essex Advocacy group, Open Road and the local police to ensure our service users receive the best quality care and support.
